Meet some of the regular cast members of our show!
THE KOI
Currently we have 32 koi in different varieties, all of them with Japanese names that Sandy and Shiva can barely pronounce.
RHINO-CROCODILE PLECOS
We have five of these unusual plecos and plan to breed them in the future. Most people just love Roomba, who is our oldest and very friendly. You can see their video HERE.
THE SHUBUNKIN GOLDFISH
Our fish named Boo is our only Shubunkin at the moment, but we're sure he'll be getting some friends soon. Right now he plays with the other fish. You can see his video HERE.
THE COMET GOLDFISH
We have two ponds full of very large comet goldfish that we often use as teachers as to why you shouldn't keep regular goldfish in a small aquarium. You can see our most popular episode on goldfish HERE.
THE COMMON PLECOS
We have four large and very friendly common plecos in the koi pond that are all names after vacuum cleaners: Hoover, Dyson, Kirby, and Dirt Devil. You can see their episode HERE.
THE ROPEFISH
We have six ropefish all named after snake-like creatures: Jormungandr, Tiamat, Medusa, Bunyip, Leviathan, and Typhon. You can see their most popular episode HERE.
BLUCIFER
This is Sandy's blue crayfish (aka "blue lobster") who is a recent addition to her tank. You can see his episode HERE.
THE SORORITY
We have a betta sorority tank that features several female bettas living in relative harmony. You can see our initial sorority episode HERE.
BRISTLENOSE PLECOS
We breed these aquarium-friendly plecos and highly recommend them for smaller tanks! You can see our episode on them HERE.
THE OTHER FISH
We also have several different species of fish in our ponds and aquariums, including harlequin rasbora (pictured), emerald cory, spotted cory, panda cory, electric blue ram, black ram, molly, guppy, wild minnows, and assorted tetras.
